My work
Anyone who wants to prepare reliable appraisals must understand how real estate is built, used and valued. I developed this standard through the dual study programme in civil engineering and the Master of Engineering at TH Lübeck, complemented by advanced training as a Diploma-qualified valuation expert (DIA) for developed and undeveloped land as well as rents and leases.
On Hauke Kruse's team, I bring this knowledge into the daily work: I prepare appraisals and real estate valuations and am responsible for client acquisition. What also drives me is a genuine curiosity for technology and AI, and the ambition not only to understand these topics but to use them to advance the company in concrete terms.
