Publicly appointed and sworn by the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce since 2001 for the valuation of real property and the determination of rental values. This qualification requires proof of particular expertise and is reviewed regularly by the Chamber of Commerce.
My standard: above all, an appraisal must be complete, correct and verifiable. Equally important is that it reliably reflects actual buyer behaviour in the market, because no formula can replace reality.

My work
As a publicly appointed and sworn expert, I have been preparing market value and rental value appraisals for private and institutional clients since 2001.
My focus is on reasoning that is methodologically clear, close to the market and reliable in its result. This includes sound data foundations, thorough property analysis and a transparent presentation of the valuation approaches.
Particularly in complex proceedings, a verifiable valuation provides the certainty needed for decisions, negotiations and litigation.
